About project
Today, we are an agile, international team driven by diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. Our people come from different backgrounds, but we speak one language — design with purpose.

Through architecture, we tell stories that are both personal and universal - shaped by heritage, adapted for today, and built to last.
At IZZIDESS, we believe architecture is a bridge between culture and modern life — a dialogue between tradition, space, and the human soul.

Our design roots lie in the Tajik and Persian cultures, where architecture is poetic, spiritual, and symbolic. From the arches of ancient cities to the intricate geometry of Islamic design, we carry forward this timeless sensitivity — reimagined through a minimalist lens.
A Bang & Olufsen television integrates seamlessly into the sophisticated space, while bespoke architectural lighting by Henge draws the eye upward and defines the room’s geometry.
The living room is furnished with Minotti — an elegant sofa and armchairs that create an atmosphere of comfort and refined style.
At the heart of the space is a bespoke kitchen island, crafted from expressive natural stone with a bold, textured surface.

Its monolithic form emphasizes sculptural presence and strength, while the carefully polished finish and smooth, rounded edges bring a sense of refined softness and sophistication.

The deep stone palette — rich in mocha, smoky, and earthy tones — perfectly complements the overall interior concept, which blends natural materials, soft lighting, and modern technology.

The interior of our new Rudaki Avenue project pays special attention to art. The space is decorated with works by the outstanding Tajik artist Farrukh Nigmadzadeh, whose work reflects deep cultural roots and contemporary vision.

These paintings become not just decoration, but an important part of the atmosphere, giving the space character and soul. Thanks to this approach, the interior takes on a unique identity, combining architecture and art.
